Professional referee have no problem they will give you their personal details. i done this for my child.

Yes I got ilr in August 2017, own my child due date is July and I will be eligible for naturalisation on 8 August 2018.

Ok
If child born in uk, and the parent have plan to wait for their settlement, and no plan for travelling, so child do. It need nhs surcharge because child have no pervious leave to remain or enter, and the child is not overstay,

Q1. No need to wait for your ILR under section 3(1)
Q2. Do not need to pay NHS because your child is free regardless if you have planing to apply for PBS visa

If she got her first PBS dependent entry clearance after 09-Jul-12, her ILR clock will be reset to zero as she cannot get ILR under PBS route any more and has to switch to FLR(M).
