Re: Policy Guidance page 46 - Point 136

Hi Zimba,

Thank you for your reply. So the director loan will cover the word 'Spent'. Means all 50k or more has been invested in the business regardless if the funds used limited to 30k and remaining 20k in the account as a balance.

A person working 30 hour per week so simply is 52 x 30 = 1560 hours if you can divide 1560 / 12 = 130hr/m so where is the month o...

if you got ur points OF investment at the time of initial application so YOU dont need to demonstrate again in your extension application.

Just only send the documents as per policy guidance. BETTER TO SEND CT600. OR MOST RECENT UPDATED ACCOUNTS.

Re: Tier 1 extension or FLR FP, which option is better? zimb

Hi, I advise you the go with your extension application. In your case I am agree with CASA findings. Your family time in UK is only 2 years so there is no point to apply FLR(FP) application. Some time Home Office take decision quickly without any right of appeal. If you apply in tribunal for appeal ...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Application Refusal - Advice Needed

Sorry to hear about your refusal. But unfortunately you are not eligible for appeal. If u got full points my advise is to go in Admin Review where you can explain the reasons. They took the interview because they can easily find a way to refuse the people on silly reasons. They can't judge the credi...

As per employment contract or working time directive employee has legal right to take off certain days as per contract. In the Policy Guidance nothing to be mention about employee holidays.
