I have tried this number and the UKVI link which you mentioned in your post but it do not give the email id to contact UKVI. The reason I asked it over here because I read in so many post that people sent chaser emails to UKVI for an update.

Yes, generally VC firm have minimum 3 years target however when your business is making more money and have more growth opportunity, in that case I feel it's better to pay them earlier as it will increase your profit.
