if they accepted application and application successful , its means they did not asked for delay evidence they processed the application with discretion.

if discretion applied on that application, its not reasonable to bring on ILR application.

My argument if your application was successful its means exception was applied on you, otherwise according to rule you can't apply in country PBS application and your application must be rejected on ground of overstay. if they agreed on that point why they bring this issue at ILR point. do you agree...

It is usually 14 days from the date on the letter. The letter would have clarified it. her 10 years completing in August 2021.

I think its all ok someone told her

she is covered in 39E! as she was given 14 days to make 2nd application

any period between overstay period will be disregard. as person made application within 14 days.

anyone got any idea about it.

Hi

i am applying for ILR i am unable to add as its asking for nationality which child doesnt have. my child born in UK who has no status. however added other kid.

my intention to apply for his nationality after getting my ILR.
