Re: Immigration Advisor for ILR application

i am able to declare for 12 months. But that'll mean i have to contact the previous accountants (i was self employed at the time) who messed up my previous application. just trying to avoid any extra complication. Just the income from ltd company is enough for the points, so i just want to declare i...

Re: Immigration Advisor for ILR application

Previous earning for less than 12 months

Hi all, I'll be applying for ILR. My question is about the previous earnings. I spent the first 2 months of the last 12 months (before the application) working as self employed. since then i've got my own ltd company. Is it alright to just ignore the first 2 months and clain income for the remaining...

Re: ILR application for me and recent dependant

The Set O form has a section for dependants as well https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _10-14.pdf

I don't really understand why we can't apply together.

Re: ILR application for me and recent dependant

thanks a lot, I read something like, if your dependant became your dependent before 2012 april (or some other date i can't remember), she can apply for ILR as well. My has been my dependant since January, so she doesn't qualify for ILR yet. So we'll have to fill in a PBS dependant form for her. than...
