You need to a have a part-time position that lasted for 12 months and you can combine this with another part-time job position that lasted 12 months. If you’ve not been able to employ staff for 12 months by the time your visa expires, you’ll be allowed to temporarily extend your stay to give you ti...

Apply here: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o
It tells you what to send at the end. PBS dependants do not have any absence limits if their visa was issued before 11 Jan 2018

Re: Travelling between ILR form submission and Biometrics

You should not travel when you have a pending application. It will be considered withdrawn. This technically applies to all current online applications as passports are no longer taken from applicants at all. Here is the paragraph 34 of the immigration rules: 34K. Where proof of identity provided un...

Priority visa processing service is a VISA SERVICE offered by UKVI. You choose this during application submission and right before the payment stage. This is NOT related to the appointment booking services offered by UKVCAS or their operations. Priority visa processing services are NOT offered by U...

I am afraid your case is weak in my opinion. The question is why you cannot return home ?? Things did not work out as you say. So my question still stands. What stops you from returning home now ? I am asking this because UKVI will not willy nilly grant you settlement in the UK because your relatio...

You are mixing things together. They are now asking people who do not need to attend an appointment to send their docs via email. When they come up with a way to send your photo, then it can all be done. I suggest to follow the trail here, you seem to be new.

The system and software used to collect Biometrics is developed by UKVI. UKVCAS simply operate it in their centres. UKVCAS does NOT hold or collect Biometrics data. :!: :!: The current biometric collection system is not what I was talking about. I am talking about biometric reuse which they need to...
