Has anyone ever, in the history of ILR applications based on the long residence rule, managed to get an email response for an enquiry from UKBApublicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk ? Are there any alternative email addresses?

Guys, be patience. according to a few friends of mine who are applying to various visa scheme, there had been a IT systems problems at the HO, hence there's been a delay in issuing visa across the board, not just for our route. @ s_raj11 - application was made on 30th April. @SingaporeGirl - I think that timeframe is skewed. Some have been waiting for over 2 month from what I read on other forums. @TKay - I feel your agony. I hope your letter arrives soon. Wish I was in a position to apply back in Dec 2011 when I qualified...

Re: Time Line

I have a doubt. Will everyone who applied get a biometric letter or if the biometric is issued does that mean ILR is through? Sorry it might be foolish question but out of curiosity wanted to check. I was wondering the same, however, from reading another forum it appears that receiving the biometri...

ILR 10 Year Rule

I have been through the revised modernised guidance on the 10 year rule - Chapter 18 (Long residence) modernised guidance, and gather that in terms of the residency requirements relating to absences from the UK - to qualify under this category, the applicant must not have been absent from the UK for...

An additional word of warning. Wouldn't ever want to go back to get a visa here, its a shame I have to visit for work. highly unlikely Compared to the fr...

Anyone know the visa processing time? I've had luck at the French embassy and Dutch in the past where they asked me to colle...
