Hello friends,

I was rejected 6 years back for US travel visa due to no strong tie with UK. At that time I was Indian national.

Now I am UK national so what is process for me to obtain US travel visa ?

I have done small mistake in my PART A of form
I have completed all section in CAPITAL letters but wrote my email address in small letters. Do you think will it be any issue ?

Will HCI accept my application ?

Thanks for your reply. Have you used that deed poll for OCI ? As per Min. of Justice guidelines and other people advises that you can write your own deed poll, don't need to do a deed poll via solicitor. Whether any member advise on HCI accepted their self-signed deed poll document ? kindly advise

Do they do that ?

how about Indian high commission issue OCI on basis of deed poll ?

Hello friends,
I got a reply email from HO saying they have not made any decision on my wife's application.

Is it ok to email them again for status update ? Will you recommend that or shall I wait ? She is one of many July applicants awaiting the outcome.

I got email reply regarding my wife's application (submitted on 4th July) saying no decision has been made .

Glad to hear that someone had response from UKBA.
I applied for my wife on 4th July and still waiting.
Does one think I should get result soon ?
