They said they will make decision by 31st March if they cannot then they will write to my partner. They did not say that we will be called for interview.
My funds were overseas when I applied for visa later I have transferred half of the funds to my UK bank account. I can transfer full funds (50k) but I don't think it will make any difference. I sent them two new contracts as well but no acknowledgement.
Also sent complaint email to HO and received reply that either wait or withdraw the application. I dont think there is any option except waiting for indefinite period of time or withdraw application.
I applied in Sep 2012, still waiting. Nothing heard since then. Contacted local MP on 8th Jan and he said that he contacted HO on my behalf and will let me know if any update. I think they are going to tell MP the same thing that its under process.

I havent got any reply from HO after my Biometrics in Oct 2012. I received letter in March and I think everyone received the same latter. I sent them two new contracts one in May and another last month. Also called them several times and got the same answer "under process".

It is very important point. A friend of mine got his appeal dismissed by the Judge and the reason was that his business was not running. The Judge was not convinced with his reply that he can not start any business activity without visa.
