She will be applying for ILR in December.

no recourse to public funds and NHS treatment

Seems like my wife who is on an FLR visa might need to have IVF treatment. Her visa states, no recourse to public funds, does that mean she can't get IVF on the NHS?

NHS surcharge

My wife is on flr m and has paid 500 for NHS surcharge for the second period of flr. She found an article that says that the surcharge is a deposit and that if your NHS costs exceed 500 , you will be charged more. Can anyone confirm if this is true please?

Do I need to worry about this? The application form makes no mention of sending any return envelope, bu how do we get our passports, bank statements, & correspondence back?

FLR (M) - 1.7 Any other names

My wife is filling in her application with her maiden name (name on passport)

Regarding 1.7 Any other names by which you are known

My wife's name on passport is her maiden name, while that on bank-statements, letters is her married name.

Does that mean we need in 1.7 with her married name?

Re: FLR M - Work history for previous 6 months

That paragraph is regarding Cat A - sections A, B and C are ALL the areas you must cover for employment. You haven't been with your employer for 6 months according to your first post so the first sentence you highlighted would not be applicable for another month. Thanks , I'm in the process of requ...

If you submit a postal application, how do Home Office return your documents?

Do you have to supply them with a special delivery prepaid envelope?

Cambridge English - Date of award?

My wife sat Cambridge English in March 2015, before 6th April 2015. We are confused about what to put for 'Date of award'. The certificate says 'Date sat' March 2015 and also 'Date Issued' 28 Apr 2015. It doesn't mention Date Awarded. So is Date Awarded the same as Date Issued? Note 3 Please see the...
