Re: Applied for fiancée visa, worried about mistakes in form

They are most interested in if you meet the financial requirements, bank statements, pay slips and the like.

Re: health surcharge !!!?

How's ...

As part of your application you may be required to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge. Before going any further, yo...

FLR - when to apply with postal application

My wife's visa card says that it's valid until the 28th June 2015. We need to apply for another 2.5 yr FLR for her spouse visa and we are going to do this by post. Given that you don't know how long it's going to take for them to return the processed documents and grant the visa, when should we appl...

FLR spouse visa - what happens if I lose my job

My wife is in the UK on a spouse visa, FLR. We have to renew in June this year for another 2.5 years, so it's the half way point. I've just started a new job in January, and I will hopefully pass my probation in 3 months. What if I don't? That would be the end of April and the visa needs renewing in...

NHS charges for spouse

I'm married to a JPN citizen and we are living in the UK. We both work and pay NI. She thinks there is a new rule coming next year where she will have to pay £200 per year to use the health service NHS. Is this correct?
