Re: Form AN 6.13 - Can't remember when finger prints were taken

CR001, thanks for the reply, but is it not asking for the exact date the fingerprints were submitted at the post office?
If that's the date that is required then I don't know it since I don't have the receipt from the post office.

Would I be allowed to put the date the ILR was granted from?

Form AN 6.13 - Can't remember when finger prints were taken

Hi I'm in the process of filling in form AN for naturalisation (ILR 10 year route) Q6.13 and 6.14 ask details of when and where my finger prints were taken. I am fairly certain (not 100%) of where I got the fingerprints done but can't remember when it was done. Any suggestions on what I could do? Is...

CR001 wrote:If she applied for the 2.5 year spouse visa after you got ILR then NO, there is no need to change as it is the same visa whether you hold ILR or are British.
That's great thanks very much. I did apply for her 2.5 year visa after my ILR. At least that's one less thing to worry about.

Would wife need to reapply for dependent visa

Hi

I have ILR on the 10 year route. My wife is currently on a Spouse/Partner Visa (dependent).
If I apply for naturalisation would my wife's visa need to be renewed? Current visa expires in March 2019

Thanks

Updating Address while FLR(M) application in progress

Hi My wife's FLR(M) application is still in progress. We were asked to provide additional documents which we did on the 8th of August. We will be moving home on the 15th of August. 1. Do I still update the address via this link - https://visa-address-update.service.gov.uk/ 2. When should I actually ...

Re: FLR(M) application - a few questions

Hi Arunsk & Driver27. I am going through a similar situation right now. Have you had the outcome of your application? The only thing we can submit is a council tax bill and a downloaded version of a water bill and a gas/electricity bill. Hi mysteron69, I was fortunate enough that I managed to gathe...

Re: FLR(M) waiting times

Re: FLR(M) application - a few questions

Hi Arunsk Thanks very much for your reply. I intend to send the documents via special delivery as soon as I get them. The only problem is that one of the utility companies said they would take at most 7 working days (there is a chance I receive it sooner), which will be the 9th of August. I was howe...

Re: 6 PIECE OF EVIDENCE FOR FLR(M) RULED UNLAWFUL

Interesting I should see this thread today, the same day I receive a letter saying I need to provide further documentary evidence to show that my wife (dependent) has been cohabiting with me since Feb 2016. Does this effect ongoing cases, applications that were already made? I already posted about m...

The letter should be fine. Maybe take your drivers licence if you have one or proof of address. Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my wife doesn't have a driver's licence. I think I'll take a copy of her passport with us. I've had a look through the waiting times thread. Am I right in thinking tha...

Re: FLR(M) application - a few questions

CR001, Thanks for the reply 1. I have read Appendix FM now :) I realise I'm category A since I've been with the current employer for the last 5 years. 2. I have 6 months' worth of bank statements but I'm unable to find one payslip from February! I do have this year's P60, wondering if I should send ...

FLR(M) application - a few questions

I'm currently on ILR obtained via the Long Residence (10 Year) route obtained on 27 April 2016. My wife was granted leave to remain as a Tier 2 dependent on Jan 20th 2016. She came to UK on 24 Feb. Although she has leave until Dec 2017 I'm required to apply on FLR(M) to switch her visa category (tha...

Re: ILR Dependent - How soon does my dependent need to apply

In case anyone reads this in future... I called the Croydon office today (19-05-2016) who confirmed what the admins here have said. The Visa office advise was - My dependent needs to apply for a new visa to remain in the UK since I switched to ILR based on long residence. She wouldn't have needed to...

Re: ILR Dependent - How soon does my dependent need to apply

I didn't realise there was a clickable link on VInny's reponse (probably didn't notice it on the phone browser) I've read through those posts, and it looks like the safer option is to switch her visa category. Don't quite understand why the Home office requires this, but then again I don't understan...

Re: ILR Dependent - How soon does my dependent need to apply

Hi CR001, thanks for the reply Are you off the same opinion as Vinny, i.e. She can wait until just before her current leave expires or do you think we will need to submit an application as soon as I get my ilr. We paid the immigration health surcharge when applying for her initial tier 2 dependent v...
