Yes it seems from the way UKBA has put it. But we are not having a clear information on this. why should Tier1 be dependent on an employer for letter and declarations as-long-has he has proved payslips and bank statements. I was closely following the thread and bit curious about the outcome people are getting into where their "continuous residency would break if you were unemployed and left uk", keeping in mind for Tier 1 General the applicant doesn't always needs to be employed.

You should Maintain the Minm. Balance over a period. Say 6 months. So you reckon having £1000 in account for six months before the application ( main applicant + dependant ) would be sufficient ? Gave biometrics on 23 march and still waiting

I applied for tier 1 extension along with one dependent.
Gave biometrics on 26 march since then I haven't heard any thing back. My case is on simple one source of employment.

Getting worried as people applied after me got their documents back.

Are there any others waiting aswell?
