BC Application query .... PAYMENT SLIP

Sorry, may sound stupid questions but wanted some reassurance. While submitting 2 x AN & 2 X MN1 applications together for myself, wife and two children, only one payment slip of £2,144 (£1317 + £827) is required? (Or is it two separate ... one for joint adult AN applications £1317 and one for £827 ...

AN application query - pprevious addresses

While filling in AN form, if you have provided current address and date you moved into, in section 1.16, then in section 1.17 (previous addresses for past 5 years) do you start from your current address again and go backwards or just start from the previous addresses?? If you start from the current ...

I'm a bit confused now! Can someone explain please? So if you apply for BC, are you not allowed to travel on your previous passport/ILR in the meantime? How do you know if you have become a BC if your application is approved while you were on holidays etc? Say for example, I am applying for BC next ...

In section 2.1 (date and place of first arrival). Do we have to fill in if the child was born in UK ( in which case its date and place of birth)? Or leave it blank if born in UK?

Do we need to fill in section 4 (Good Character) even if the child is under 10 years old?

Many thanks.

Thank you very much for your reply Last_one_standing. With regards to section on referees, I think you misunderstood. When I said type written, I meant, I filled the section of the form on computer using PDF editor. (That is how I usually fill forms instead of writing by hand). I did not mean that I...

Thanks for your replies Lucapooka and Vinny. @Lucapooka, how does it look like she is abusing the guidance on visit visa by making short trips back home when total stay in a year is not more than 180 days? That is what I want to clear that the guidance is total stay of 180 days in a year in UK, so d...

SET(O) Query. ILR HSMP+Tier1 Pre Nov 2006

Hi, I have a PEO appointment tomorrow. By going through 100s of posts on this really helpful forum, I am still confused and want to confirm: I had HSMP approval and stamped In Aug 2006. We had Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for initial 6 months on our current home from Apr 2008 to Oct 2008. Since then it became Statutory Periodic Tenancy. (Can be terminated upon two months notice by landlord or one months notice by ourselves.) We are still living in the same property. My mothe...

1. Can we make a fresh application while appeal is submitted and awaiting hearing and decision? Does it have impact on the fresh application if an appeal is pending in the same category? 2. If we do not appeal, and only submit a fresh application, with new facts and figures, genuine reasons for fami...

This is not permitted for visitors to the UK. I have taken into account the reason for your proposed travel now. However I am not satisfied t...
