I don't think you need to wait untill the last day of the earning period. Unless you are applying uplift ratio where you have to use exchange rate of the last date of your pay period. Each pay period covers a week you have worked and one week in advance. Simple - it's a salary. My question is do I d...

Re: Urgent : Source of Salary Credit Letter from Bank applyi

Not sure what do you mean by "By Salary Only". But as long as your bank statement corroborates net salary of your payslips you are fine. Make sure to get all your statements stamped(if possible). To avoid any confusion at CW side, you can also mention salary credited date in your employer letter too...

Re: Earnings - Paydate vs Pay Period

Every company have different payroll run date. For my limited company, I used to run payroll on every 6th of the month and based on which I used to made payment in my personal account(sometime before period end date and sometimes after end date). I don't think this is an issue as long as corroborati...

Re: ILR success, but a doubt...

Hi, First of all thanks to this forum for giving right direction. I presented my case via a Solicitor (OISC advicer) and successfully got my ILR. I use the solicitor because I lost my first two years P60s. They granted me and my dependents the ILR. Now I have couple of doubts. 1) I read some where ...

All stamps/remarks in your passport should be in accrodance with Tier1. If some remarks are stamped/written by mistake in your passport, they will be remove. I think it may take less than 2-3 weeks(as per some of the thread in this forum). Thanks chetanojha !!! I got a return document packet with T1...

Re: Wrongly stamped TIER 1 Visa as TIER 2 Visa

Irrespective of what Tier-1 looks like, if you have applied for Tier-1(G) then your passport should be stamped with Tier-1G. It seems VFS/BHC guys had made mistake in stamping your passport. They should correct it without much fuss. I have applied TIER-1(General) visa at 22 June 2010. I got my passp...

You "must" not send/receive somone else's or your passport to another country by courier/post. It is a criminal offense. Unless the passport holder is carrying it with him it is not legal to even carry someone else's passport in another country. My ILR is due in August. My dependants are going on ho...
