Hi I will be sending off my citizenship application through NCS very soon. After this I will be sending my passport to my embassy to be renewed, will this mater to the BC application, as the current passport number that I submitted with BC will change. Urgent advice needed. Had 6 points and £600 fine from magistrate's court in June 2007 for speeding (SP30 offense code). Am eligible to apply for citizenship now. I'm afraid you have to wait until ur conviction is spent...as it won't be considered as FPN.

Been pleaded guilty infront of magistrate after receiving summons is considered to be very serious!

No, they have checked the passports and valid visa, our bus went on ferry by dover to calise,France, from there route to holland. There they have checked the passport and visa only. but no entry / exit stamps. please suggest me what to do? My suggestion is still the same to mention abt ur holland t...

Yes you should mention and on a separate piece of paper just mention you can't remeber the exact travel dates for netherland i.e. attach a cover letter that will solve ur problem and it won't affect ur application.

HO does have an access to all of ur travel in and out UK dates...

She should wait till July 2012 to apply based on the year( July 2006 )
and you mentioned she is doing ESOL so if she successfuly finish her ESOL then she doesn't need to pass "Life in the UK test" :wink:

According to my knowledge the answer is No because ur EEA nationality will be withdrawn once you become British Citizen. So u have to wait until u receive ur british passport.
