Home office Policy on email and telephone!

Hi everyone,

I have read the UKBA documentations several times and cannot just figure this out.

1) How do they use our email address?

2) When can they contact us(applicants) by telephone or emails?

3) do anybody know anywhere where they state that?

Cheers

I was once in that dillema.

It will be very expensive for you to do another course in the same university.

In my opinion, register with a college(Any course!), get CAS and applied. While that is going on, finish up your dissertation.

After getting the Tier 4 visa, you can later apply for PSW.

In PSW, 20 points is to be awarded to applicants for this particular category. Normally, it should be if applicant is on Tier 4 while he was studying in UK, but i read it somewhere in the policy guidance last year that it is NOT really necessary that applicant had a Tier 4 visa "Throughout"...

A friend of mine had been in UK for 5 years on Tier 4.

He intends to bring one of his kids to join him.

I am not really cleared about the maintenance fund required of the application.

Be careful.

Point based system "appears" not for human being.

It is determined by points. No discretion.

I knew it has to be filed in high court. I also knew some money has to be paid for the permission. Somebody told me Barrister has to be involved at a stage.
Similarly, treasury solicitors has to be informed etc

@Poster 1) Why did you start your date with 16th December? Did you have £800 on that day? @All Please avoid abbey national(Satander) bank statements for PSW application for they have many balances in a day Unlike Barclays which normally have the ONE closing balance irrespective of number of transac...

What the statement meant was "no public enquiry". That is it has to be by post.

No more same day ILR.

It cost £10 to get it.

It might take up to 3 months before they send it to you. i think it is covered by FIA(freedom of information act).

Good luck

When it was first returned invalid, do they give you 28 days to send a new form? if yes, S3c extend your leave.

I am not very clear of what happen thereafter because if you were later refused, you should have right of appeal.

Be more clearer

Please becareful of the word "balance".

The requirement is not "daily balance", it every second in all the 90 days.

I have more that £800 everyday for 90 days but was still refused because on about 5 times the amount dipped for few minutes.
