It cost £10 to get it.

It might take up to 3 months before they send it to you. i think it is covered by FIA(freedom of information act).

Good luck

When it was first returned invalid, do they give you 28 days to send a new form? if yes, S3c extend your leave.

I am not very clear of what happen thereafter because if you were later refused, you should have right of appeal.

Be more clearer

Please becareful of the word "balance".

The requirement is not "daily balance", it every second in all the 90 days.

I have more that £800 everyday for 90 days but was still refused because on about 5 times the amount dipped for few minutes.

My Tier 4 application is still pending which normally should have trigger S3c. I have been advice by a...

I hope people remember my case. For reference : http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=44209 My question is Must the £800 be the daily balance or per minute balance? Its funny but true! I maintained a daily balance throughout albeit abbey national statement. Please run away from abbey sta...

1) Dad can apply from 28 days to the 10 years but must take the test and passed it.

2) Mum can apply in february or apply for settlement if Dad was successful.

3) You can do the same as (2) but i am not sure of your age which i think is a factor here.

The credibilty of the company will be questionable if they NOW have to provide details after refusal. Most especially if the country involved is one of those where such things are regularly "arranged".

Good luck

@Funke

There was decision on this last year.

The answer is NO.

From common sense point of view, they should be able to work since they dont go to class but exchange emails with supervisor but "law is law", they cannot work full-time but can start working full-time on submission of dissertation.

While on student visa, you cant just be travelling "A LOT". You must be attending colleges. I don't think you can get ILR on 7 years residency. Consult a very sound UK solicitor. All the best. ILR On 7 year residency impossible. So what the point consulting solicitor and wasting money . UK_Banned_M...
