Hi mk357,

I am on Tier 1 General visa as the moment. I have been on Work permits earlier. The salary I am claiming is of 1st June 2011 and 31st May 2011.

Employement status when applying for ILR

Hi,

Do I need to be working when applying for ILR ?

I am planning to apply 2 weeks after my contract expires. I have enough fund and meet all necessary salary requirements.

I am also not sure what is the rule for self employed, how do they get letter from company ?
