Can I ask which section you made mistake in? I can't see anywhere it is asking whether you are currently employed and give name of the current employer, however it askes where you worked while you are claiming your salary. I think it is fairly ok as per me to apply while you are not working but stil...

As I understand you can apply anytime you want as long as you qualify, but you may need further extension to reach 5 years mark for ILR as the extension could be granted not from the expiry date but from the date the visa is stamped. There are various discussion within this forum related to this que...

Decimal point issue with salary in PBS calculator

For some reason Point Based calculator does not accept salary in decimal number. e.g. £51234.35. It gives error saying that negative salary not allowed. Weird coding. :) My salary is in pound already. Now in the application form the following question is asked: "The applicant should input his/her e...

ESOL

Do Tier1/Tier2 holders with dependents require passing ESOL test along with KOL? I though just KOL is needed. But in the form is askes for the both.

We already proved several times during tier1 and tier2 that we know English as we got degree from recognised institute by PBS calculator.

In that case we are planning to keep B11-B12-B14-B15 blank as we are not sure about the numbers. Hope these fields are optional?? 2. Well we know the answer everything but F13. What is the...

Mintenance Quick Question

For maintenance of my dependent, do I need to show money in my dependent's account?
She is not working and she does not have an account here in UK.

However, I have enough money to show for our maintenance?

The application is being made within UK and together with main applicant.

Thanks in advance

I was checking my passport and realised that the VISA issued to me as Resident permit having date gap. However I remember it applying it well in advance, however I don't remember when I applied it....
