Some experience within the organization you are working could also set some guidance.

You can check on job sites e.g. jobserve.com or monster.co.uk Do check if jobs advertised for Project Managers give sufficient weightage to certifications in project managements. I believe their primary requirement/expectation is experience in sought area. Cheers! I am not sure about the authentici...

New Rules - WIll no. of Tier 1 Applicants Increase/decrease

With new rules in place, share your opinion if no. of applicants for Tier 1 will increase or decrease?

I believe it will increase temporarily for first few months, but overall will decrease over a period of time.

Since the pound has depreciated by ~13% (from 80 to 70) believe that multiplier could be changed to 4.5-4.6 from the current 5.3 I think they will take these factors while evaluating Salary Multiplier 1. GDP of India 2. Growth rate of the India 3. GBP Depriciation 4. Rupee Apprciation 5. Most Impor...

Also the benefit of weak GBP can be taken at this point of time since it fluctuated a lot and one never know it can reach to 80 levels again in 3-4 months.

Any Guess work?

Salary Multiplier is going to be a key factor for many of those applying post 6th April.

Since HO has still not provided clarity on this yet, I don't see salary multiplier going below 4 (Some Analysis, some Estimate) for India (Which is currently 5.3)

Any Thoughts?
