Re: Tier -2 query

You can go for premium service. I would suggest if you are not confident, then apply through post. In this case, you will save £400 also. But decision is up to you. Now a days, you get approval within 3 weeks if your case is not having any issue. You only need to submit 1. All your passports and BR...

Re: Tier -2 query

1. As long as SOC 2139 comes under NQF 6, you will be fine. They can use any Job title, but your job description (role) should justify the RLMT that was advertised. 2. No issue as long as you did not complete 60 days + 28 days overstay while applying. When is your 60 days getting completed as per c...

Hi guys,

My partner applied for her ILR long term residency using set LR FORM. I have a doubt as in she filled all the details in the payment section I.e account number and sort code which was not needed. Do you think it will create any issues when HO try and take the money out.

TIA

Re: Curtailemnt Letter

@Harry438 No need to worry about. If you have not received the letter, it is absolutely alright. Now a days, HO is taking more time to issue the letter. As per guideline, it says HO will issue after 28 days once your employer informed them about your termination, but i don't think they do. In fact,...

Re: Curtailemnt Letter

i dont understand why a solicitor will advise to request a curtailment letter. Anyway, u dont need to worry, the 60 days limit is from the date of issue of letter by ukvi. @iworker: Thanks for the reply, so you mean to say that even though i've passed 4 months after redundant and my old employer in...

Re: Long Residency Documents query

But as I have said, there is no need to submit council tax or bank statement so no need for that to be signed. HI CR001, i have noticed that on page 27 it suggests the list of documents we need to provide while applying for ILR, do you think that we need to submit each and every document mentioned ...

Thanks manci for your advice. I am on tier 2 (general) and have found a new employer to sponsor me. while generating CoS they realized their Cos's are expired as they haven't used it for a while and hence they have applied for new one today. Could anyone tell me how long does UKBA take to allocate the new CoS.

Thanks,
