i check the vfs website twice a day !!...god knows how many times my husband checks it on a daily basis....

spectral88 You have to make the decision with your girlfriend on whether you saty and wait for the decision of the COA or go back to your home country and apply from there. I dont think that there is any particular reason that my husband was removed and your not - maybe the UKBA have met their targe...

Hi

When we filled in our form we were advised by the solicitor to put the date 10 days ahead. However I have read on many posts that people but 30 days ahead.

BHC Delhi

Hi

My husband submitted our application on 8th September in Jalandhar.

It can take upto 3 months as stated on VFS website.

Fingers crossed it wont take that long.

it angers and upsets me to think that people like me and many others who have a genuine case sit here waiting for visa'a and HO is issuing them out to frauds!... i'm disgusted by it... well i hoe your sister is ok and she is best of forgetting al about it now as u said u all have done... atleast you...

tinaxtina I would most definately ring the Home Office and tell them what's happening with your husband... As far I know from reading the forums, if you and your husband are no longer together then he wont be legally allowed to stay in the country under the spouse visa. He cant apply for ILR without...

I would have though that if someone used deception or fraud to gain a visa or settlement that it can be revocked?...

The only thing is that if your sister was aware of this then she might face trouble as well...

i'm going to see my MP for a supporting letter for our application...other people have submitted letters form MP's and it can help your case...

Hi We applied on Tuesday and were told it will take 4 weeks to get an answer... and yes the application was an indepth one...our advisor in India told us to cut doen on our information however I refused to... I have read the forums and know that BHC can decline on some stupid reason and not willing ...
