PCN are not court conviction you must be convicted by court to get a criminal record.

PLease help ... good luck with your application. as far i remember in 2007 if you paid the money they don't take any information that time. and FPN and point is not problem it's not court conviction, so chill don't give them your driving licence ( I hope you didn't got the FPN...
