if u see the code of practice it mention salary is calculated on 37.5 hour basis but if your work permit is issued on 40 hour then you have to show 40 hours money like (18000/52 week)=346.1538 IF YOU DIVIDED IT WITH THE 37.5 HOUR (346.1538)= HOURLY RATE SHOULD BE £9.2307 SO WEEKLY 40 HOUR CONTRACT(...

vik how many hour mentioned on your contract when you took the wp if is more then 37.5 hour you should show more then 18000 as if u working for 40 hour your salary should be 19200 not 18000. keep in touch as i am also in the same boat code 1223
