Re: Is it a requirement to exercise treaty rights when applying settled status Surinder Singh route route?

If he worked in Maplin then he must have paid tax.

Call HMRC and tell them you need employment history they can send you for the last 5 years if you need the full history under your NI then you need to send a letter by post.

HMRC number for requesting 5 years history.

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

They have the free option too. But it is normally after 2 weeks.

£100 is for next day appointment or same day or within a week.

You should have gone through all the option.

Re: Online bank statements for EU Settlement accepted?

100% acceptable. A friend of mine submitted 5 years of statement in PDF format and his settled status approved.

Infact they only accept PDF, JPEG and PNG format now for EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME.

So I'm 100% sure they accept it.

Re: Settled Status without EU Family member ID and Residency proof anyone?

Sometimes they asked after issuing the COA as well. I knew some guys they were asked to submit more evidence after COA.

But mostly they dont. Just wait pls.

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

@iibdii

My settled status was granted after Upper tribunal refusal and it was the sixth refusal in 3 years ( one PR, one ILR, 2 FTT, 2 UTT refused )

So dont worry, two weeks is hell of time. Call them on daily basis and push them to get COA.

Re: Eu settlement permanent application and criminal check

@bruce4all In my opinion if you can wait 10 to 15 days. Then before applying check what is in the record by requesting a basic DBS. Its free and only takes 10 to 15days. If nothing written on it then dont mention and if they mentioned you causion sometimes they do then mention it on your application...

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

Scan all the documents including his passport. And when you will apply they will ask you to upload documents maximum limit is 10. At that point upload his passport scanned copy as well.

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

@1990phusang

You dont have to send any passport only if they have doubt that if the ID or passport is fake.

All the documents including passport you need to scan and upload.

You only sent if they ask you otherwise its rare to be honest.

Re: Settled Status without EU Family member ID and Residency proof anyone?

@NeNe26

Yes give your EU sponsor application number and mention that he already got settled status. Link your application with his application with application number.

The process will be quicker thats my opinion.

Else some seniors would like to advise.
