Any idea what sort of personal information are needed of the referees when filling the form (Name, DOB, address, passport number etc.)? Do we need to give any professional registration deta...

Re: SET(LR) Queries - Absence Days Authority and Documents

I literally have to answer the same query every day here and the source of this seems to be the incorrect doc list from the online system that asks for cohabitation documents despite the fact that such requirement does NOT exist. Your relationship status is completely irrelevant under SET(LR). There...

For example, if the applicant is in the UK with permission to work, to comb...

I can apply MN1 for my baby only when I get ILR, I am asking before that, If we want to visit home country before that, what visa I need to apply, for example if we want to travel in next month.
PBS dependant visa. PBS dependant visa is always issued for 3 years

Re: ILR - Set(O) - 5 year lawful continuous period Calculation

There is no rule that you must have been physically present in the UK. You should not have more than 180 days of absence in a residence year. The 165 days in the beginning should be counted towards the allowable absences which means your total absences between Aug 2014 and Aug 205 must not exceed 18...

That is not how the rules work. You cannot blame others for your refusals even solicitors/advisors who may have given you bad advice. Lawful residence is determined based on the rules not SAR report
