At what point during the 3 months were you below 800? what are you implying when you say "transactions taken place"? how is that relevant?

I applied on the 26th, received acknowledgement on the 30th.. i called HO today asking for an update they said it's "under consideration"..

the case worker's manual says they should give you points according to the evidence even if you've claimed more than what the evidence states.. so i'm sure they'll consider atleast 11 months.. i don't think you need to send anything..

I doubt it'll be an issue.. out of curiosity do you get 75 points for 11 months of your salary + everything else? If so, it's not really worth worrying about..

i called today and was told my application is "still being processed".. the guy didn't tell me if it's under consideration or under further consideration, which is the reply most people get judging by posts on this forum.. anyone else got approval (first time application)..?

1) register with recruitment agencies like hayes etc and get them to issue you a letter that you are currently seeking employment through them.

2) you can switch to student status easily
