Re: 5-year address history

I don't think it is necessary, as long as you were lawfully employed. maybe you exceeded your hours limit once in your whole student visa. I doubt this would make any difference. Thank you for your reply, I have also received my detailed SAR, but nothing regarding it. I'm probably just overthinking...

Spouse visa application requires marriage certificate which shoe the marriage is accepted as legal in the country where it was contracted.
A registration certificate does not meet this requirement.

Re: How to buy priority/super priority service to get faster decision

FLR(M) visas are generally processed within a couple of weeks to 8 weeks using standard service. Have a look at the timeline thread. https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/new-flr-m-timelines-only-t220603-1175.html#p2158191 Yes, timeline results looks not bad for standard ...

Re: Applying for family rout (spouse)

It is at time of making appointment and getting priority service is dependent on the capacity to process it.
If you have booked already, existing booking will have to be cancelled to get access to check what service is available.

From your end it is 11:59, we don't know when the server processes and clocks it as submitted at HO's end.
A member recently unknowingly crossed into the new requirements by leaving things till the last minute.
May stand you in good stead to include your income and evidence if possible.

Re: Reported breakdown of marriage not heard anything

I believe the spouse has not yet traveled so is not in possession of a BRP? I would suggest the visa validity is 100% confirmed before any travel is undertaken. You will not readily be able to explain the situation at the point of entry. If the visa has been cancelled then that will end in a world ...
