PBS lists two universities. Let me know which one are you in:

1. Manipal Academy of higher education.
2. Manipal university

If you are into any of the two universities above, you are eligible.

VFS Does not accept sealed envelopes. They will remove all your documents out of any cover, staple it, put it inside a cover made of cloth and send it for processing further..

why dont u select a list of seniors and PM them By the by the Questions above are below average stupid questions(opening bank account , website,airport how to catch plane ) which dont require much experience to answer.. dude, are you applying from the Uk or from india.
Seeing your problem, i beleive its uk, cos i could not find anything like that in the indian version of the Tier 1 form.
