So when I apply for child Benifits or 30 hours in nursery, would my wife be having any issues when applying ILR after 3 years? (As one of the questions in ILR applicatio...

Regarding the refused visa section

Hi I have 2 questions: 1. My Tier 2 visa extension was rejected due to incorrect salary figure mentioned (by mistake), which after making a second application straightaway - extension was granted 2. Hello This might be a strange situation. I will be eligible for ILR from 19th feb 2019(which will 5 years) - I can apply for ILR from 23rd Jan I believe. However if my company tried to terminate my role or cannot proceed further employment, and I get a job in a different company within the next mont...

Re: When Can I apply for ILR

Thank you. Hope the last week of Jan or first week of February should be good. However I was advised to apply after completing 5 years (i.e after 19th Feb 2019). Are you aware of any strange cases being rejected due to this reason? Many Thanks

Working in Italy for one day from a Tier- 2 visa in UK?

Hi This could be a strange. I am holding a Guinness world record, for which a TV channel in Italy has invited me to arrive one day to participate in their show and they would pay me for that. I was asked to apply for a work visa from Italian embassy. As I am in a Tier -2 Visa and my ILR would be due...

Re: Indian passport renewal in London, UK

Hi Just following up. I do not have any proof for the new address yet, as we have recently moved. In this case, would it be alright to provide the older/ previous address in the old passport as the address to be printed?

Re: Indian passport renewal in London, UK

Hi Thanks you for the feedback. I have my TNEB bill and the Inidan Bank statement with the new address. Re: PBS Extension for minimum duration

Hi Thanks.. That is a nice suggestion and thanks for the feedback. There were many unauthentic sources giving different ideas. This page is the best to get an authentic response and proceed accordingly. Thanks again for that. Finally, if I apply for Mrs ILR by end of 2019 (where she would have her P...

Re: PBS Extension for minimum duration

Thank you for that. I understand about the PBS extension. However, if I choose to take as an ILR dependent/ spouse visa (not worrying about the res-start of the visa clock ) rather than extending as PBS, should I still need to pay for het ILR dependant/ spouse visa fee or would that be included in t...

Re: PBS Extension for minimum duration

I am not sure if this is correct news that I heard. When I get my ILR, and decided to get Spouse visa for my Mrs - does it include in the same visa fee that I have paid? or is it a separate fee to be paid?

Eg

ILR visa fee (premium) - £2995.00
Spouse visa - No Fee

Hi Please could you advise if I can use my current UK address in the Indian passport? Alternatively if my Indian address is different from the previous passport and I do not have bills to support the new address, what would be my option on printing the new Indian address in the passport? Please advise
