Hsmp visa is not settled person ........ Settle person mean someone who got got british or european passport or indefinate leave t remain in uk. @m.elahi As pr my understanding your ILR application will be void and send back to you if u dont withdraw your appeal as per policy guidance you cannot submitted new application if you have an pending appeal.
