I submitted MN1 and child birth certificate.
Hmpo asked me to submit only Mn1 but I sent my kids birth certificate aswell. My kids passports was delivered to India by my family member. Hope this help.

Applied from UK and received the kids British passport within a week. If you are present in the UK you can go for fast track service aswell.

Biometric paid appointments-15-02-2021
Child born - 2014 and 2018
Involved MP for emergency travel - 12-05-2021
MP received answer from Home office - 13-05-2021
Registration certificate arrived 24-05-2021 dated 17-05-2021.

Have you received your Biometric? If not check the email address you gave for dependent application. For us we gave same email address for both applicants.

What software your accountant is using?for example moneysoft, Hmrc basic payee tools, sage?
There must be a log in details for the software and you can download your employee FPS as the software itself has a backup and records.
