Hi Cheton,
I have seen that in PBS calculator, his education (ie bachelors is listed) but his post graduate diploma and his institute were not found.

Should he apply to UK NARIC to confirm the combination of his Engineering which was listed + PG diploma which was not listed

Hi, There is an option in the website https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/AppProcess/s_vaCancelAppointment.aspx to cancel or change a visa appointment. When you try to cancel an appointment it shows as Your Visa Appointment booking is complete. You can cancel the appointment you made here if you need to....

So should I submit the Earnings entered in PBS calculator. What if I just select Enter Range (ie the drop down where we select range).

Wouldnt that be accepted.

I understood what you had mentioned, but if its not mandatory may be I can use that Enter range selection.
