Exactly what is the process, we make an online application, we get called for document submission and fingerprints, then presumabaly we get called for an interview, and finally a confirmation from the Home office?. I seem to be missing things here, exactly what is IGH Refund and complex letter?....

You cannot have two pending application at the same time (which is not allowed under the rules) so it needs to become clear if when you applied for your PSW ...

This is not about social groups on social media  If you go back home often, visit friends and family or belong to a cultural/social group back in your home country, then you have cultural ties there.

So will a letter from employer suffice in saying that this was just for a short term and the employee will be based in UK permanently?

I understand that they may require a mutual commitment from you (at least orally) Switching to...

Re: When can spouse apply for ILR ?

1) I am not sure what you meant by "Date of decision" within that 28 days ? Which 28 days are you referring to and is it applicable to our case as mentioned above and will it be alright ? The day the case worker actually makes the decision (case is processed). You can post the application today but...

Re: ILR Appeal 2018

Yes. In case of a new application your section 3C ends. As far as I see, your case will be eventually dismissed anyways as I do not see that you have a case there, so you exhaust your appeal rights and lose section 3C anyway. If your new SET(LR) is refused you might get right to appeal but you remai...
