No.

You can leave the UK or switch status at any point during the 3 years, but there is no option to apply for less time upfront.

Re: URGENT HELP: Graduate Dependent Visa for baby born in UK

If your visa expires on Jan 10, then you have until Jan 9th to put in visa application for PSW. This is also wrong. The deadline is 10 January itself. With respect, you could easily confuse and panic people with this wrong information you are posting. A good rule of thumb is to only post advice tha...

Re: URGENT HELP: Graduate Dependent Visa for baby born in UK

As I didn’t receive the passport of the baby yet so should I enter the answer as Yes or No for the question “is your child applying with you”. It appears to be asking if the child is included in this specific application, not asking if the child is ever going to apply in the future. If you are conc...

Thank you for the response, but if the child was born in UK during my studies, they can be added. Uk.gov mentions so.
Exactly. The above advice is wrong. See my separate post quoting the immigration rules.

Re: URGENT HELP: Graduate Dependent Visa for baby born in UK

You can only add a child during PSW IF ONLY the child was born during PSW. Otherwise, there are no other exceptions. But I am not a solicitor and I cannot be 100% sure. As far as I know, you would not be able to add your kid during PSW. Where are you getting this information from? It is completely ...

Re: Graduate Visa (Post study work - PSW visa and dissertation resubmission

OP already confirmed that the university is not issuing any CAS for an extension. The university has given him to the expiry of his visa all bar one day to submit. They are unlikely to issue a CAS to extend to after that date. That's clear from their original post. The problem is that some universi...

Ask your university if they will sponsor you with a new CAS dated until the new submission date. You can then apply for an extension, which will be granted +4 months.

The deadline for any application is the expiry date of your current visa.

There may be advantages or disadvantages to applying earlier, but without knowing what type of application for permission to stay you are doing it is impossible to say.

Just Masters. Thank you for comments.
If the course starts on or after 1 January 2024, which it appears that it would, you cannot bring dependants anyway, including your spouse.

It depends what the question asks exactly.

If it asks exclusively about criminal offences, and you know for sure that this is not that, then it does not need to be mentioned. But if either the question or the status of the offence is not so clean cut, best to declare it.
