Re: rfusal to accept visa application

we are living together in uk but not legally married. Have you been living together for more than 2 years? If so see https://eumovement.wordpress.com/2008/04/28/other-family-members-who-are-beneficiaries/ and you should consider applying for a Residence Card , though I would consider working with a...

Re: PR Due but child with another woman

Ok, well then you already have PR, since 2013 in fact. That was the 5 year anniversary of you marrying. I would recommend you apply immediately for the confirmation of PR card. You have a private relationship history, between you and your spouse and in some cases other individuals. That is no busine...

Re: PR Due but child with another woman

Since you were both living in the UK at the time of your marriage, the 5 year period begins at the date of your marriage, in 2008. Has your EU spouse been working in the UK continuously from your marriage for the 5 years? Do not make the mistake of telling HO everything you have done in your private...

Re: PR Due but child with another woman

You do not have to use the form. And definitely do not have to answer all the questions.

Did you move together to the UK in 2010, or simply apply for the RC then?

You should carefully read the link I posted above. I think it would be hard to get on the plane.

Re: 129 Pages EEA application for, what for

My opinion is that is all for setting up applicants for failure. By requesting this amount of info on the application, they are: a) Building themselves a nice body of evidence for rejecting cases; b) Making it easier to spot application inconsistencies; Instead of having correspondence back and for...

Re: 129 Pages EEA application for, what for

The new form is pretty shocking. I am tempted to do an alternative form specialized solely on the married family members of EEA citizens, and maybe children. Should be able to get it down to a page or two.

Why do you think you might be able to apply earlier?[/quote] You see, this is where I am a bit confused. I came here on a visit visa which expired before my EEA spouse joined me on 22/03/2010. Does what you said means that time spent in the UK before the EEA national joined me count towards the fiv...

Re: RoR and Permanent Residence Card

I got married to EEA national in 2008 and I moved to the UK the same year. Normally PR happens 5 years from the date you moved to the UK (if you were already married at the time). You can apply for the PR card which confirms that you already have PR. Why do you think you might be able to apply earl...
