Hi guys :D , I have 1 query heere. I just wanted to know whether there is a difference between student dependent visa and work permit. Actually, my husband is on student visa this sep and I am coming on a student dependent visa. I also can come on work permit to UK but it will delay my travel by 6-7...

its a joint account with my spouse only so that clears it!!!!!!!!

the account need not be a salaried account right????? i mean what transactions should happen in the account as mentioned in the above reply???

Hi Folks I wanted to know whether the source of maintenance fund (2800 GBP) can be bank loans. i.e., can i take a bank loan keep it for 3 months and then show this has my maintenance fund???? Will a company recruit my wife(s/w engineer) for long term since her visa status will change after one year???? when i am studying she will be on student dependent visa later she will be on PSW/Tier-1 dependent visa!!!!?? :(

yes u CAN

iF THE COURSE DURATION exceeds 12 months , then yes ur dependent can go for employment..... she can get employment as long as ur student permit holds good i.e., 1year ....but when u apply for post work visa i think she cant work then!??????? correct me if i am wrong SOMEONEE
