Searching for Tier2(General) visa sponsor

Hi,

I am IT professional with over 9+ years of experience.
I have been searching for jobs in UK from India.
I did get few calls, but everyone declined to sponsor me. They say, Client cannot sponsor me and they are looking for individuals who holds tier 1.
I searched in list of UK sponsors. I sent my CV and mailed them personally.
All in vain. After all these months, I have lost hopes.
Will I be able to find a sponsors ? How to get a sponsorship for myself?
Can anyone please please Guide me to find a sponsor.
