second 2.5 years extension (5 years route)

Hello All

I am British citizen and my wife is under 5years FLR route visa, her first 2.5 years expires the 10th august 2019.

my question is what is the earliest and latest dates to apply for her second 2.5years.

regards

28 days before completing 30 months of arriving UK

or

28 days before 10th August 2019

does premium service makes difference?

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 60 months residence, counted from the date you entered the UK or you can apply at any time after this but before the visa expires.

The application is online now and the date of application is the date you submit and pay online. So do not apply until you are in the qualifying period.

There is no longer a premium service same day decision. You need to use the new ukcvas service.

Shes not applying for ILR, but for second 2.5years FLR, can we have same day decision if we apply with premium service?

Correction then (was on my mobile earlier when replying).
She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 30 months residence calculated from the date she entered the UK or before her visa expires, even up to the last week of expiry. Date of online submission and payment is the date of application.
