Section of Nationality Act in MN1

Hi,
I am British Ciitizen otherwise than by descent (by Naturalisation), I acquired the nationality in 2009 but my son was born in 2003 in India.
He is living in the UK since Nov 2003.
He was given ILR in 2007.
I am not able to determine which section of nationality act 1981 shall I choose to fill up in MN1 form.
Is is eligible for automatic acquisition of British citizenship?

Make sure you wife is also having ILR before applying MN1

Do I also need the marriage certificate of our marriage before applying. My wife has got ILR.
My son's application will be based on my citizenship but do I still need to produce the marriage certificate?
