Section 14- please help

Hi,

I was filling the form for my wife and come across this

Section 14 (continued) Consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
If the account with the bank or utility company relates to another person who is to pro-
vide the applicant with financial support, that person* should sign the following declaration :

I am using my payslips and bank account for the financial requirement, so who need to sing it? As its by applicant, then joint and then third party?

Please reply as I need to send it today

Sorry, I mean to ask who need to sign it as it only says by applicant or joint account or third party.

My wife can not sing it as she is not using her bank statement?

We do not have joint account?

And then third party?

If I need to sign it then where?
