Section D1

Post by oysterblue » Sat Jan 30, 2010 10:28 am

It asks if the applicant obtain entrey clearance or a visa before entering the UK.

I would imagine I would give the last visa obtained, but it was done in the UK. Is that fine?

Thanks.

1. No u r wrong, its the entry clearance sticker wen u first entered the UK on a visa from u country and not u visa extension while u were in the UK.

D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?
Yes - go to question D6 No - go to question D11

1. Its a simple question as it is asking you that if any of your passports are not avaialble and if u have them u say "NO" and proceed to D11 as advised.

It is simple, however most of the wording in this application is not so user-friendly. Thank you for the help.
