could any one us a summary information about the sections which we needs to fill for fresh tier1 application.? Am getting confused in below listed sections

and do i need to fill any section in 3 before to Tier 1 (General ) Application Form - Section 4 ?

I think it is straightforward. Do not panic, keep calm and fill out the application. Of course it is a lengthy process. To summarize, you should be filling all relevant fields for which you are claiming points.
