Self-employed moving to Ireland

Hi,

I am moving from the UK to Ireland in the new year. I am selling my house in the UK and will be renting in Ireland to begin with while I find my feet.

I am self-employed and plan to continue to be so after moving to Ireland. What evidence will Irish estate agents want to see of my earnings? I can provide UK tax returns and bank statements.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated please.

This is an immigration forum, not a housing forum. There are better places to ask your questions (quora, boards etc). Plus, each landlord/agent will ask for different documents, so there isn’t a fixed list apart from your ID. It may also be different depending on whether you are looking to contact private landlords or serviced properties etc.
