Self employed ___ Personal Bank statement for extension

I am going to register myself as a self employed.I don't want to open a business account.

Is this ok ?

Will HO and HMRC accept this ??????? if i use personal bank account for business transactions.And send personal bank statement for extension after 3 years.

@ adilzia, you can decide to be self-employed without the need to open a company or business account, but you will have to keep very good record of your job transactions. Using your personal account for your work is ok, but you will still have to keep very detailed ledger of your transactions for the purpose of extension.

My priority is to open a limited company.But i am sure i will face problems to open a business account.Coz my credit rating is very bad.
If i get success to open a business account.Then i ll be ok
Otherwise i will have to go with self employed.I know its too messy.


And can i use my home address for company?if yes
Do i need to tell my council about this ?

@ adilzia, yes you can use your home address for your company and you don't need to inform the council if your business doesn't involve customer/clients coming over and disturbing your neighbours.
