Hi I have recntly set up a cleaning business which has been trading for about 6 Months. Am I elgiable to apply for a spouse visa for my wife to come to the uk.

as long as you can evidence that you are self employed ie registration with HMRC, trade receipts and a letter from your accountant to confirm income for past 6 months and estimated income from next six months you can apply for your wife. you must show that you have regular income in your bank statement.
