Need some advice please.
Know of someone who was on Spouse Settlement Visa but was taken back home and never was able to come back her Visa expired. Husband visited about 8 years ago and never came back. The children from this marriage have got British passports one is 16 and other 14. The spouse now divorced her after 17 years of marriage. Is there anyway she is able to get permission to stay in the UK with her children. The children are currently with her in their home country they have always been with her. Will she be able to claim settlement or anyway to get to the UK and stay with her kids?
