SET (LR) - CCJ's

Hello,

I am applying for ILD on 10 years long residence basis.

I have found out that I have 2 CCJ's registered in my name, already marked as "satisfied", but have no idea what those are for, and the court is just giving me the names of debt management companies that bought the debts, so I haven't been able to track down what those are.

Do I need to disclose those in my application?

And if so, would that be a reason for refusal, even though they're already satisfied?

CCJs have no effect on your ILR as they are civil issues. If you do not know you have been issued CCJs, you should ask the court to set them aside
