SET (O) form queries

Hi all

I need to apply for ILR soon. My case is WP + Tier 1 So would appreciate if you can clarify following points:

6.3 : I recently came back from vacation in Dec so I assume that date will go in section 6.3

6.2: I have checked and total absences are less than 180. These absences were mix of Annual leaves + some work trips. So do I still need any letter from employer for these? Also, do I need to list paid annual leaves also?

A4: As we can apply 28 days before end of 5 years period. The end date will be future date when 5 years are getting completed. Please confirm

A6: Which point based calculator we have to use ? Also, the total earning mentioned in A5 should match A6. Correct ?

Section 9: is there any minimum points we need to have to get ILR ?
Are we getting points based on current salary and age or is it when we got Tier 1 ?
